Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Owner Guardian ("we") handles information.

Information we collect

Information you send us (name, email, relationship to a property, location, and messages) and public records related to tax sales, foreclosures, and property ownership.

How we use it

To respond to you, evaluate whether funds may be available, and, if you sign an agreement, to prepare and follow up on a claim. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to process a claim (for example, with a county, court, or an attorney you choose), with service providers who help us operate (such as email and form providers), or when required by law.

AI chat assistant

Our website includes a clearly labeled automated AI chat assistant. It is not a person or a lawyer. Your chat messages are sent to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI only to generate replies; we do not store chat conversations on our servers or use them to train AI models. If you ask to be contacted (or share your name and contact details in the chat), your name, contact information, relationship to the property, location, and a copy of the chat are sent to us through Formspree, our form provider, so a team member can follow up. Please do not share Social Security, bank, or payment information in the chat.

Form provider

Our contact form and chat follow-up requests are delivered by Formspree (formspree.io), which processes submissions on our behalf.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards. Please do not send Social Security or bank numbers by email or web form.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information by emailing info@ownerguardian.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly website analytics.
