Why we exist
Every year, money from tax sales and foreclosures goes unclaimed because people never get the notice, do not trust it, or find the process confusing. We believe people should know about money held for them, and should be treated with patience and respect when they hear about it.
How we work
- Honesty first: we always tell you that you can file on your own for free.
- No upfront fees: contingency only, disclosed in writing before you sign.
- Verifiable: we point you to official county and court sources so you can confirm everything.
- Respect: many families we contact are grieving. We never pressure anyone.
- Know our limits: we are not a law firm. When you need an attorney, we say so.
